Cyber Policy

Note:

With the increasing exposure to technology, education, and awareness, children become easy targets for cybercriminals.

Not just do they expose themselves to crime, they also put their families and loved ones at risk.

In order to address these issues, the school has drafted a comprehensive policy and emergency response systems.

Please refer to the following with respect to the Cyber Policy:

Legal Tool Kit

What is Legal Tool Kit:

Cyber Crime is a global phenomenon with a criminal acting at a transnational level. Child abuse in India is increasing day by day both online and offline.

To overcome the challenges of cybercrime targeting children,The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) organized a consultation in the month December 2016, February 2017 and May 2017, wherein it was felt necessary that a Legat Tool Kit on Cybercrime be developed to enhance the skills and knowledge of investigating agencies involved in cybercrime cases to enable them to protect children from online abuse.

This ‘Legal Toolkit for Investigators’ is another major initiative taken by NCPCR. The handbook is intended to demystify cybercrime related laws in simple layman language and is expected to be a useful guide for better understanding of the virtual world of crime and its shadow on the real world.

We have used this as a reference document while framing the school policy.

What is Cyber Congress:

We have a committee of students and teachers, who work as Cyber Congress Members in spreading awareness and educating(students about cyber threats online and possible precautions they can take to avoid getting into trouble.  They also support in investigating cyber issues and helping in deciding further course of action. This is the comprehensive Presentation used for training students so that they can take necessary steps to safe online, link given below:
